The Pokemon Retro TCG Tournament is being held at BelleCON 2013, to inspire old fans to pull their decks out, dust them off, and relive their childhood dreams of becoming a Pokemon Master. By limiting the tournament to only First Generation era decks, the playing field is leveled for older players who've been out of the game for a while.
